The space

Inside, this spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo features an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area designed for comfort. The living room includes a Smart TV, air conditioning, a wicker lounge sofa, and a trundle bed that converts into two single beds for additional guests.
A dedicated workspace with two chairs and fast Wi-Fi makes the condo ideal for remote work.
The fully equipped kitchen features a six-burner stove with an oven, a solid wood dining set, and an in-unit washer and dryer.
Both bedrooms offer peaceful Akumal jungle views and include air conditioning, ceiling fans, and wardrobes. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, a Smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom includes a queen-size bed. The condo also has two full bathrooms stocked with essential amenities.

Just a 6-8 minute walk away, you’ll find a swimmable beach in front of the neighboring resorts. Simply exit our beach club and walk to the right.
