This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo features a private ocean-view balcony with a hot tub and outdoor seating, plus a private garden with sun loungers.

The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed, Smart TV, air conditioning, ceiling fan, wardrobe, room-darkening shades, and direct access to the balcony and hot tub. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed, Smart TV, air conditioning, wardrobe, room-darkening shades, and an en-suite bathroom.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker with coffee, cookware, silverware, spices, and filtered drinking water. The kitchen island offers seating for three, while the dining table comfortably seats six.

The living room features a comfortable sofa, Smart TV, air conditioning, ceiling fan, room-darkening shades, ocean views, and direct access to the balcony and garden.

Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and essential toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. A washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the condo, with laundry detergent and fabric softener provided for use during your stay. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also available throughout the condo.

Just a 2 minute walk away, you’ll find a swimmable beach in front of the neighboring resorts. Simply exit our beach club and walk to the right.

Enjoy full access to 11 pools, including 7 rooftop pools with stunning Caribbean Sea views, plus 2 ground-level pools and 2 pools at our private beach club.

Stay active at the gym, or relax on the rooftop yoga deck by the pool. You can also take advantage of the BBQ area and enjoy easy access to the PGA Riviera Maya Golf Course, just 5 minutes away. Golf requires an additional fee.
