Step into a comfortable and stylish 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo designed for a relaxing stay. The open living area features modern furnishings, a large smart TV, a comfy couch, and sliding glass doors that open directly to a private balcony with Akumal jungle views. One of the bedrooms also has sliding glass doors with direct access to the same private balcony. The fully equipped kitchen includes quality finishes, a six-burner stove, a full-size oven, and a kitchen island with seating—perfect for dining and gathering.

Each bedroom is peaceful and well-appointed, featuring air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and a full wardrobe. The primary bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen bed with an en-suite bathroom, and the third bedroom includes another queen bed. The condo also features an in-unit washer and dryer, two dedicated workspaces, and simple, refined touches throughout.

Enjoy full access to 11 pools, including 7 rooftop pools with stunning Caribbean Sea views, plus 2 ground-level pools and 2 pools at our private beach club.

Just a 2–3 minute walk away, you’ll find a swimmable beach in front of neighboring resorts—simply exit our beach club and walk to the right.

Stay active at the gym, or relax on the rooftop yoga deck by the pool. You can also take advantage of the BBQ area and enjoy easy access to the PGA Riviera Maya Golf Course just 5 minutes away (golf requires an additional fee).

it's very quiet, SECURE and peaceful here. we are off the highway, towards the beach. a car is best here, but it can be done with taxis and the collectivo. a 5 minute drive (20 minute walk) and you have dive shops and snorkeling areas, a lot of people watching and a couple restaurants & bars. there are also quite a few cenotes within a 10 minute drive. Santamar is staffed by security guards, 24/7. it feels very safe here. after a nice day out exploring, relax on our mezzanine and enjoy the panoramic views of the jungle and the sunset.

we have parking, it is a quiet cul de sac, easy to get here from the cancun airport in a rental car or a shuttle can get you here! Rental cars are awesome, and driving is actually pretty fun in Mexico! you can get by without a car, but there is much more to do if you have one.
